The Netball Season
This website provides information about the training required for an annual plan of netball. The energy systems, components of fitness and training will be applied to a hypothetical season of netball. These have been applied to the competitive phase of the annual plan in which six sessions have been designed to incorporate the needs of the individual's fitness capabilities and development in the required energy systems. The fitness components and training principles will be applied to these sessions targeting the fitness levels, ball skills, body/court positioning, team tactics and set game play to develop and maintain the team's performance during this netball season. An annual plan is the foundation upon which all the sessions have been based upon.
